  ANNOTATION
  The object of research is the studying of some peculiarities of economic discourse texts. So the subject of research is some concrete transformations in translation of economic discourse texts from English to Russian. The work purpose: consists in carrying out of the complex analysis of such aspects and peculiarities of translation of personal names by example of such fiction book as Lewis Carroll’s “Alice in Wonderland”. According to it the diploma is divided on two chapters in which the problems standing in work are solved.
  In chapter 1 of this diploma there are some theoretical bases of a considered problematic are analyzed: definitions of the basic concepts and general characteristics of such categories as “translation”, “interpretation” and “personal (proper) name”. Special attention within the limits of the given chapter is given to the consideration of some difficulties which is usually faces with the translator of personal names (especially from fiction book). In the third paragraph of the first chapter of the present diploma the list of translation of Lewis Carroll’s book “Alice in Wonderland” from English into Russian are presented an. Moreover, we analyzed some versions of personal names’ translations from Russian versions of “Alice in Wonderland” and suggest our own variants. In the second chapter there is the practical translation from English into Russian (doing by oneself) of the fragment of Lewis Carroll’s book “Alice in Wonderland” called “Who Stole the Tarts?” (Chapter XI).
  During work the interpretative method and the method of comparative analysis are used mainly. The diploma consists of the introduction, two chapters divided into paragraphs which consistently describe and open designated in introduction the purpose and problems, the conclusion, some attachments, and also the list of the used sources and literature. Summing up to all results of the work, it is possible to draw the following conclusion: there are a lot of difficulties in personal names’ translation especially and such difficulties are more obvious in translation of personal names which were used in fiction books.
  INTRODUCTION
  The urgency of the subjects considered in this diploma work is consisting of two aspects: translational and international. Nowadays the translator very often faces a problem of translation of various expressions, linguistic turns (phrases) and different personal names. Words and expressions which could be used as personal names (especially in fiction books) are the concepts which frequently are not in an active lexicon of the person, not engaged in translation of fiction books and so represent some special complexity in translation process. Similar complexities, on the other hand provide interest to the given problem. The urgency of the chosen subjects is explained; first of all, by this paramount value, and also by that circumstance that now there is an obvious necessity of the coverage on a language material of the fiction text of different problems of personal names’ translation, that allows to reveal some features of functioning of a foreign language at the present time.
  All abovementioned factors in a complex make an urgency of this diploma.
  The object of research is the theory of personal (proper) names’ translation.
  The work purpose: consists in carrying out of the complex analysis of such aspects and peculiarities of translation of personal names by example of such fiction book as Lewis Carroll’s “Alice in Wonderland”.
  According to it the diploma is divided on two chapters in which the problems standing in work are solved:
  • to investigate the basic theoretical base, i.e. to establish the exact meaning of the terms concerning the most exact translation of personal names;
  • to familiarize with the scientific literature devoted to the considered kind of translation;
  • to carry out complex research and to illustrate all theoretical positions concerning some features of personal names’ translation on concrete examples in English;
