  Introduction
  Among Western European thinkers, Jose Ortega y Gasset, J. Heisinga, K. Jaspers, M. Heidegger, G. Jonas, P. Sloterdijk, etc. seriously talked about the spiritual problems of man related to the development of technology. A unified conceptual space of thought is formed, in which a new set of parols related to the relationship of technology to man and man to technology emerges, which requires ethical comprehension and ethical solutions. It is not accidental, therefore, that such branches of philosophical knowledge as applied and professional ethics became the most popular and widespread in the XX century.
  However, it is hardly possible to rejoice at the successes of applied ethics and to make optimistic forecasts concerning its possibilities to solve those deepest moral problems of a human being, which arise as a result of the newest information-technological exports to man (British Psychological Society, 2013).
