  1. Introduction
  In the process of functioning of companies, their organizational management structures are influenced by factors of the external and internal environment, leading to organizational changes in the context of their adaptation to the changing business environment. There is no unified approach to assess the impact of factors of the external and internal environment on the change in organizational management structures both in the scientific literature [3, 10, 11] and in the research of scientists [1, 2]. It implies the need to develop a methodology for ranking them and develop a unified approach. It will take into account the impact of factors on changing organizational management structures. In order to rank the factors, it will be expedient to structure them according to the degree of impact on the change in organizational management structures. This process requires monitoring and assessing the impact of business environment factors on the changes in the organizational management structures by ranking them and prioritizing their impact on organizational transformations [1]. It seems appropriate to use the Pareto distribution law and structuring factors, depending on their belonging to the internal and external environment in the process of ranking the factors of the business environment. ...................
