  Foreign language speech culture and ways of its development has received much attention in recent years in the language training researches. Speech culture is defined as “a choice and organization of linguistic means which in a definite communicational situation fulfills special contemporary linguistic standards and ethics of communication” [8]. In the modern society it is possible to observe some changes in the content and methodology of foreign language learning due to the fact that the modern society needs people who are able to correctly and politely communicate with the native speakers.............................................
