  INTRODUCTION
  Political speech, as a reflection of political discourse, based on socio-political text, is a tangible evidence of political culture and a product of mass communication. In this perspective, for a philologist, such product is interesting from the point of view of language and speech mechanisms implementation. Linguo-stylistic aspect of political speech is also attractive. The relevance of the work as a whole is determined by the importance of political statements of politicians, especially those who determine the agenda in the world arena. This statement is understood as presidential rhetoric. Its representation in dynamics is equally important.

  Chapter 1. LINGUO-STYLISTIC FEATURES OF SOCIO-POLITICAL SPEECH
  1.1. Linguo-stylistics as a science
  In order to understand the essence of linguo-stylistics, it is necessary to turn to its basics. It is a common stylistics which relates to one of the sections of linguistics. However, it is sometimes called linguo-stylistics. Obviously, that it happens in order to concentrate on special aspect of stylistics. The confirmation of it can be seen in the characteristics of I.R.Galperin [17, p.26]. Speaking about stylistics and absence of its one definition and subject he calls it linguo-stylistics and indicates those areas it covers: aesthetic functions of language, expressive means of language, synonymous ways of expressing thoughts, emotional coloration of speech, stylistic devices, stratification of the literary language into separate systems (styles of speech), individual manner of national language using which is represented by individual-artistic style of the writer.

  Chapter 2. LINGUO-CULTURAL FEATURES OF PRESIDENTIAL RHETORIC
  2.1. Presidential rhetoric as a type of political discourse
  Questions of studying political discourse national and cultural specifics are relevant for a number of modern scientific trends: cognitive-discursive analysis, political linguistics, sociolinguistics, pragmatic linguistics, linguo-culturology, intercultural communication, etc. Studies aimed at describing and analyzing thinking ethno-cultural features and communicative behavior of institutional discourse representatives, in particular, the institution of the presidency, give the possibility to solve possible problems of intercultural interaction, and prevent them [25, p.1].
  Presidential speeches are institutional discourse integral part. However, it does not exclude individual, personal characteristics of leaders of states, which appear in them. That is why there is an important role of linguistic personality plays. In discursive analysis it reflects the following aspects of the discourse phenomenon [61, p.8]:

  3.1. Lexical level
  Lexical level shows the following US President Trump’s speech lexical peculiarities.
  3.1.1. Personal pronouns
  One of the features of Trump’s speeches is the usage of the variety of different personal pronouns. They are always in time and bear special meaning relevant to the correspondent situations. Below there are some example of it:
  ‘My fellow Americans, I"m joining you today from the deck of what will be our Nation"s newest aircraft carrier, the soon-to-be commissioned Gerald R. Ford, and as you can see, I’m wearing a jacket and a hat that they just gave me. Not really used to it, but it feels awfully good – I’m very proud of it actually…’ (03.03.2017)
  Using of the personal pronoun I helps to support Trump the image of a simple guy close to common American, a person who came to help all the citizens to make America great again. When he includes this pronoun, he usually uses simple colloquial phrases available for understanding to everybody. It really makes the illusion that he speaks with all the Americans at the same level. There is the feeling of his knowledge of all the problems in USA. At the same time this approach helps him to show his power to overcome obstacles in the difficult situations, in particular, fight with existing elites.

  CONCLUSION
  This research let show how the mechanisms of linguo-stylistics work in practice. It was done due to theoretical analysis, on the one hand, and linguo-stylistic analysis of US President’s speeches, on the other hand. All these facts can say that the goal of the research to study linguo-stylistic nature of D. Trump"s political speeches was achieved. It became possible due to deciding of the following tasks:
  1. Linguo-stylistic features of socio-political speeches were described.
  2. Linguo-stylistic peculiarities of the presidential rhetoric were characterized.
  3. Linguo-stylistic features of D.Trump"s Weekly Addresses to Americans were studied.
