  INTRODUCTION
  
  The role of entrepreneurship in economic development of the country isn't reduced only to increase in a shower product and the income. Business and entrepreneurship serve as a peculiar trigger and the conductor of structural changes in economy and society. These changes act as the catalyst of economic growth, promoting growth of gross release so when sharing «economic pie» all are the winner. What the mechanism of structural changes and economic development consists in? Some researchers claim that the key role in this process belongs to innovations thanks to which not only new goods and services are created, but also investments into again created companies are stimulated. In the equation of economic growth new investments affect both the party of demand, and the party of the offer: again created capital expands possibilities of release (growth of the offer), and the arising gain of expenses uses these new opportunities and the increased release (increase in demand).
  The purpose of this coursework is to investigate the entrepreneurship and its role in market economy in Russia.

  § 1. The essence of entrepreneurship
  
  Entrepreneurship is a legal form of the economic activity which is carried out on risk of the businessman for the purpose of receiving profit on use of his material and/or non-material property. At the beginning of development of economy of idea of entrepreneurship developed on the basis of supervision over daily economic activity.
  Development of entrepreneurship plays an irreplaceable role in achievement of economic success, high growth rates of industrial production. It is a basis of innova-tive, productive character of economy. The more economic entities have an opportu-nity to show the initiative and creative abilities, the gap between potential and actual results of development is less. Model of entrepreneurial process is shown in Appen-dix 1.
  Subject of entrepreneurship activity is the entrepreneur who connects, com-bines in a special way production factors for the purpose of obtaining benefit, the in-come or profit. Therefore entrepreneurship as process is a certain algorithm of actions of entrepreneur, since the moment of origin of enterprise idea and finishing it with the embodiment in the specific project.
