  Introduction
  
  The problem of the decline of modern spiritual culture is becoming central today in the study of the crises of today"s world. This is evidenced by numerous signs that have become increasingly noticeable in recent years in the most diverse spheres of human life and society. Today, not only scientists, but also political figures speak and write about the crisis of spirituality.
  This is the attitude of man to nature, which has already begun to actively respond to the destructive techno genic activities of people. In addition, relations between different countries and their coalition groups, in which, for the sake of corporate interests, previously accepted standards of moral communication are violated. Finally, the most important thing is the relationship between individuals, in which aggression, cruelty, indifference are increasingly manifested, and hypocrisy and deceit are becoming an almost recognized norm of social behavior, especially in economically developed countries of the world.

  In the history of philosophy, perhaps, there is no figure more famous than Socrates (dr. Greek ????????, circa 469 BC, Athens - 399 BC, ibid.). Even in antiquity, in the minds of people, he became the embodiment of wisdom, the ideal of a sage who placed truth above life. Enormous literature has accumulated about Socrates, his personality and doctrine. And yet, in the history of philosophy, perhaps there is no figure more mysterious than Socrates. The fact is that Socrates did not leave a written inheritance. We learn about his life and teachings mainly from the writings of his students and friends (philosopher Plato, historian Xenophon) or his ideological opponents (comedian Aristophanes), as well as from books by later authors (for example, Aristotle), each of which is different understood Socrates.
