  My postgraduate studies
  Last year I graduated from the Institute of Social Sciences and I got the speciality «Public administration and municipal office». But I decided to continue my education and become a postgraduate student of our Institute. Now I’m in my first year. I chose the speciality «Economics and rural economy management». There were several reasons for my choice.
    First of all, I think that the postgraduate course will help me learn to think and reason, analyse and synthesize, it will broaden my outlook. I think it is good for my personality development.
  Secondly, all these qualities will be needed for my work. At the moment I’m working for the State Duma and there must not be any mistake in each worker’s activity, because that can entail serious consequences for a lot of people.
  Next the chosen speciality conforms to my personal interests. I have been keen on Economics for a long time. Everybody knows that Economics is a social science concerned chiefly with description and analysis of the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. Modern people’s life would be very difficult, even impossible without these processes.
