  Many people have been concerned about growing up. The reasons of such concern vary with gender of the person. So, for example, women are very anxious for the fact that their appearance deteriorates with age, meaning wrinkles, double chin, loose skin, palecomplexion, coarseskin, etc.
  Men are also to some extent concerned because of external changes – balding hair, greyinghair, bags under eyes, slow down mentally etc.
  Moreover, there is one more problem: some people with age put on weight (usually called middle-age spread and appears especially on buttocks and abdomen), while others lose weight, or still remain thin. It is thought that the reason of that is heredity.
  It is difficult to save health, so at a mature age there are a lot of problems may occur. Because of that so mane elderly persons are in the quest for long life, but unfortunately longevity is not for all of them. It is well known fact that nowadays the amount of centenarians sharply decreased.
