  The impact of internal factors on the management of the organization
  
  Introduction
  The current work is concentrated around the notion of organization whose proper functioning is vitally important for the development of economy of each country. It should be said that each organization is not isolated and works in definite environment the same as each organism. Correspondently, it is influenced by variety of factors both external and internal. Due to the fact that external factors are related to the range of random they can be hardly controlled. At the same time good adjustment of internal factors may decrease negative influence of external ones and support organization in the balance. It evidences about the necessity to build the system which can preserve each organization depending on its specific features. Construction of such system is possible through studying of how internal factors influence the organization and the management. In these regards the topicality of the present work becomes understandable.

  1.1.1. Organization as the object of management
  Consideration of the declared concept should be executed in terms of those approaches which were applied to the organization. The basic ones were developed in the framework of the classical theory, which is represented by three directions (Shafritz et al., 2015, 36):
  1. Scientific (F.Taylor and others). The scientific direction, founded by F.Taylor, is remarkable for his first attempt to study the existing data on management in aspects relating to the organization, which was continued by his followers.

  A group of scholars (Khan et al, 2015, 955) conducted the research of Apple Inc. Critical analysis of internal and external environment of the company was carried out with the help of SWOT analysis, PESTLE analysis, BCG matrix and Porter’s five-force model. The study was connected with the questions of corporate management, corporate social responsibility and conflicts between strategies. The authors of the research considered that the used methods were the most appropriate for tracking factors of the internal environment

  2.1. Methodology
  The object of the current research is Solvay S.A., advanced materials and specialty chemicals company. Its headquarter is located in Brussels. The personnel is about 24,500 employees in 61 countries. In 2017 net sales were €10.1 billion in 2017, with 90% from activities where Solvay ranks among the world’s top 3 leaders, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 22%. Solvay SA (SOLB.BE) is listed on Euronext Brussels and Paris (Bloomberg: SOLB.BB - Reuters: SOLB.BR) and in the United States its shares (SOLVY) are traded through a level-1 ADR program.

  Conclusions and proposals
  Conclusions:
  1. Organization is a complex organism with variety of processes. Its proper functioning depends on many factors, where the role of internal ones is crucial.
  2. On the one hand, internal factors are initiated by management on the stage of strategic planning. On the other hand, the stage of implementation of the plans run processes connected with created internal factors. It means that they begin to develop in their own logics.
