  Cross-cultural communication is understood as a process of communication and interaction between representatives of different cultures and cultural communities. The main goal of this communication is to achieve the most complete mutual understanding among its participants. It allows considering business cross-cultural communication as a process of communication and interaction between representatives of various business cultures. The purpose of this communication is to prevent conflict situations, increase the degree of mutual understanding and, as a consequence, the efficiency and competitiveness of the company or organization.
  Cross-cultural business communications are carried out at the intersection of various systems of cultural values and norms. The stronger the cultures, the more sharply manifested intercultural contradictions, the more difficult the business relations are built. The reason for many difficulties in international business are several poorly thought out economic decisions, and intercultural differences. The success and effectiveness of entrepreneurial activity is impossible without mutual understanding and adaptation to the cultures of other countries.
