  British Constitution
  
  The Constitution is the main law of the state. We used to see it as one of the normative-legal act, which is usually called “the Constitution” or “the Fundamental law”.
  However, there is a wonderful example of the so-called “unwritten Constitution” in the modern world. This is the Constitution of Britain or “The Constitution of the United Kingdom”.
  The Constitution of the United Kingdom includes different sources, the number of which it is impossible to establish exactly: neither the law nor the doctrine is worked out the criteria according to which one or the other source of law should be attributed to the constituent parts of the Constitution.
  The fact is that in Britain there is no Constitution in the form in which it is in most modern countries, but there is a combination of several legislative acts, which together, make what in Britain called “the Constitution”. That is why, the term “the Unwritten Constitution” is used.
  The Constitution of the United Kingdom is called unwritten, because along with the written documents the important part of it are unwritten constitutional conventions, which regulate sometimes insignificant, ceremonial questions about sessions of Parliament (for example, the search for the powder barrels in the cellars of the Parliament, according to the tradition started back in the days of Cromwell, or forcible installing the Chairman of the lower chamber – speaker – at its place of honour), and sometimes matters of principle (the right of veto of the monarch, etc.).
  Let’s consider different components of the British Constitution.
